Surface finishes
Six finish families
Finish is where most quality complaints come from, so we send colour samples and adhesion test results before mass production starts.
Powder coating
Any RAL or Pantone colour, 60-120 micron film, indoor or outdoor polyester. Most popular finish for enclosures.
Liquid painting
Primer plus topcoat, better for very small batches and for colours that are hard to match with powder.
Electroplating
Zinc plating for corrosion protection, nickel plating for appearance and conductivity, tin for solderability.
Anodising
Clear or coloured anodising for aluminium parts, with optional laser marking afterwards.
Mechanical finishes
Bead blasting, sandblasting, brushing, polishing and deburring to set the texture before coating.
Printing & marking
Silkscreen, pad printing, labels, laser etching and dot peen marking for logos, ratings and serial numbers.
