Frequently asked questions
Buyers ask us these ten things before the first order. If yours is not here, just ask.
There is no fixed MOQ. We regularly run 1-piece prototypes and 10,000-piece production runs on the same line. Per-unit price simply follows the process cost, so small trial orders are welcome.
For simple laser-cut and bent parts we ship samples in 5-7 working days after drawing approval. Welded and coated assemblies typically take 8-12 days. Mass production runs 15-30 days depending on volume and finish.
STEP, IGES, X_T, DXF, DWG, PDF and hand-marked 2D drawings are all fine. If you only have a physical sample, send photos with key dimensions and we will model it for you.
General tolerance is +/-0.1 mm for cut and formed features, and +/-0.05 mm on critical dimensions with jigs. Angle repeatability on the press brakes is +/-0.2 degrees. We confirm critical tolerances at DFM review before quoting.
We sign an NDA before you release drawings, work with a single dedicated project engineer, and never publish customer parts, brand names or drawings without written approval.
Carbon steel (SPCC, Q235, 45#), stainless steel (304, 316L, 201), aluminium (5052, 6061, 1060), galvanised steel, copper and brass, in sheet thickness from 0.5 mm to 20 mm.
Powder coating (RAL colours), liquid painting, zinc plating, nickel plating, anodising, bead blasting, brushing, silkscreen and laser marking. Colour samples can be sent before mass production.
We ship EXW, FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou, CIF and DDP by air or sea. For DDP we quote a door-to-door price so you know the landed cost up front. Express couriers handle samples.
For tooling and first orders we ask 50% deposit with the balance against the inspection report. Repeat orders run on 30-day net terms after a credit review. T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance and PayPal are accepted.
Yes. We press in hardware, rivet, install inserts, fit gaskets and locks, wire simple harnesses, and assemble complete units. Custom foam, cartons, pallets and retail packaging can all be arranged.
