Fabrication for your industry
Different sectors need different evidence: gasket sealing for outdoor telecom, food-safe stainless for medical, paint adhesion for automotive. Tell us which one you are in.
Sectors
What we build for each sector
Different industries buy different things from a fabricator: sealing, cleanliness, paint adhesion, or sheer price per kilogram. Tell us which one matters to you.
Telecom & energy
Outdoor equipment housings that have to survive rain, salt air and 40 degree summers for a decade.
Outdoor cabinets, battery and inverter housings, wall-mount boxes, pole brackets, ventilation louvres
Automation & robotics
Machine frames and guards where a five-millimetre error means the line does not start up.
Machine guards, control consoles, base plates, sensor mounts, cable trays, safety fence panels
Automotive & EV
Prototype and low-volume parts with automotive-level documentation and paint adhesion requirements.
Battery trays, charger housings, mounting brackets, interior frames, prototype body panels
Construction & HVAC
Larger assemblies where flatness, drainage and corrosion protection drive the design.
Air handling frames, duct panels, support brackets, access covers, roof flashings, site hardware
Medical & laboratory
Stainless work where the surface has to be cleanable and the documentation has to be complete.
Instrument housings, trolleys, clean-room panels, equipment frames, stainless cabinets
Electrical & power
Enclosures that must pass an IP test and look right in a switch room.
Distribution boards, PLC cabinets, control stations, push-button boxes, HMI enclosures, cable ducts
How we work with you
Sector-specific requirements we already handle
You should not have to teach a fabricator your industry. These are things we ask about on the first email so the second sample is not wasted.
Sealing & IP rating
Gasket selection, seam sealing, gland positions and a water test on request for outdoor enclosures.
Paint & adhesion
Pre-treatment, film thickness and adhesion testing where the coating has to survive a salt spray or a flex test.
Cleanability
Ground and polished weld seams, no crevices, food-safe stainless grades and full traceability of the sheet.
Documentation
Material certificates, first-article reports, dimensional records and photos of the packed goods before they leave.
