Quality control
Five checkpoints before your parts ship
Quality is a sequence of small decisions, not one final inspection. These are the gates every order passes through.
1. Incoming material
Sheet thickness, grade and mill certificate checked against the order before anything is cut.
2. First article
The first part off the line is measured feature by feature against the drawing, with a written report.
3. In-process sampling
Dimensional spot checks at defined intervals during the run, plus weld and finish inspection.
4. Coating check
Film thickness, colour match against the approved sample, and adhesion testing for outdoor products.
5. Final inspection
Full dimensional report, hardware and assembly check, packing photos sent to you before dispatch.

Certificates & compliance
ISO 9001 quality system, RoHS and REACH declarations for materials, and material certificates with every batch. Additional third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV) can be arranged at your request.
