Sheet metal fabrication capabilities

Eight processes, one tolerance chain. Below are the machines we run, what they hold, and how we check the result.

Processes

Eight processes, all in one building

We do not subcontract. Cut, formed, welded and finished parts still sit on the same tolerance chain when they reach the last station.

Laser cutting

Fiber laser cutting of carbon steel, stainless, aluminium and galvanised sheet from 0.5 mm to 20 mm. Nitrogen or oxygen assist depending on the edge finish you need.

CNC punching

Turret punch presses for louvers, vents, mesh panels, countersinks, extruded taps and high-volume blanks where punching beats laser on cost.

Bending & rolling

CNC press brakes up to 3200 mm and plate rolling for cylinders. Custom tooling for offset bends, hemming and closed profiles when the drawing needs it.

Welding

TIG for stainless and thin gauge, MIG for carbon steel, spot and robotic welding for repeat volume. Seam sealing for IP-rated enclosures.

Stamping & deep drawing

30-200 T presses with progressive and single-station dies for brackets, clips, contacts and drawn covers. Tooling built in-house.

Shearing & notching

Guillotine shearing up to 4000 mm for straight blanks, and notching for corner cut-outs and box folding patterns.

Surface finishing

Powder coating, liquid paint, zinc and nickel plating, anodising, bead blasting, brushing, silkscreen and laser marking.

Assembly & hardware

Press-in inserts, rivnuts, riveting, gaskets, locks, hinges, wiring harnesses and complete unit assembly with functional test.

Process limits

What each machine can hold

These are our standard working ranges. For parts outside them, tell us the requirement and we will say honestly whether it is possible.

Tolerance control

Where the precision actually comes from

Tolerance is not a promise, it is a process. Four things decide whether your drawing is met: the jig, the tooling, the sequence and who checks it.

  • Dedicated fixtures — Welded frames are built in jigs so the geometry is set by the fixture, not by how steady the welder's hand was that morning.
  • One setup per feature — Critical holes are punched or drilled in the same setup as the datum, which removes stacking error between operations.
  • Sequence discipline — Forming after welding only where required, and stress-relief or re-strike steps written into the routing, not left to the operator.
  • Measured, not assumed — First-article inspection on every new part, plus sampling during the run and a final dimensional report before packing.
