Every process runs in our own plant. Nothing is outsourced, so tolerances do not drift between vendors and your schedule does not depend on someone else's queue.
Laser cutting
Fiber laser cutting for carbon steel, stainless and aluminium sheet, 0.5-20 mm, clean edges and +/-0.1 mm cut accuracy.
CNC punching & forming
Turret punch presses and 30-200 T presses for louvers, perforations, countersinks, ribs and high-volume stamping.
Bending & folding
CNC press brakes up to 3200 mm with +/-0.2 degree angle repeatability, from sharp corners to generous radii.
Welding & assembly
TIG, MIG, spot and robotic welding, plus riveting, hardware pressing, gaskets and complete unit assembly.
